BTS Festa 2025, Everything You Need to Know

BTS Festa is a yearly event organized by HYBE to celebrate the anniversary of BTS’ debut back in 2013. The event has grown in size and scale, becoming a genuine attraction, not just for BTS ARMY, but for tourists making their summer travel plans.

In past years, there have been performances, meet-and-greets, and multiple giveaways so it’s certain that this year will have much of the same because (as I’m sure you already know) this is the first year each member will be out of the military and ready to perform as a group again.

When is BTS Festa?

The BTS Festa main event takes place every year in June, but it’s no longer just a one-day event. This year, the main BTS Festa event will be held on the 13th and 14th to coincide with J-Hope’s “Hope On The Stage” final two concerts. The event will be open from 10 AM to 7 PM on both days with multiple booths, event areas, and photo zones.

Where is BTS Festa?

The location of BTS Festa changes each year. This year the event has thankfully been moved to an indoor venue, KINTEX in Ilsan not too far from Goyang Stadium. BTS Festa 2025 will be held specifically in KINTEX 2, Hall 9 and 10.

Where is KINTEX?

KINTEX is an event/convention space similar to COEX in Seoul. But anyone looking to attend this year needs to remember that KINTEX is not in Seoul, it’s actually in a city called Ilsan in the Gyeonggi-do province.

If you’re traveling from Seoul, expect to take any where from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours to get there. Not to mention coming back which general takes longer due to rush hour traffic.

How do I get to KINTEX?

From Seoul, the easiest way to travel is via subway as KINTEX has its own subway stop. There are also a myriad of intercity buses which can make the trip.

From Incheon Airport, the quickest route is via the 3300 bus which runs from the airport to Daehwa Station. From there, you transfer to the M7731 bus which will take you directly to KINTEX. The entire trip costs about 9000 KRW and will take about 1 hour and 10 minutes with minimal traffic.

How much does it cost to go to BTS Festa?

Traditionally, the event is completely open to the public without any entry fee. There is, of course, merch on sale as well as small pop-up events and experiences that you can engage in while you’re there. The J-Hope concert is also a paid event.

What is there to do at BTS Festa?

Festa always has a mix of exhibits, craft stations, giveaways and photozones.

This year, they’ve announced areas like the Archive Zone, Trophy Zone, and BTS Locker which will feature awards that BTS has received, album art and “secret spaces that reflect each member’s unique taste and personality.”

In addition there is a DIY zone where you can design a custom pin button, a coloring wall where you can add your own personal touch to a large piece of album art, and a photo card printing area where you can create your own photo card.

Most importantly, there is going to be a merch shop in hall 9 where Festa merch will be available for purchase. If this is anything like past years, it will definitely sell out and most likely will have to be pre-ordered from Weverse prior to the event.

J-Hope’s ‘And What?’ Solo Exhibition in Seoul

J-Hope’s ‘And What?’ solo exhibition is designed to shine a light on J-Hope as an individual and all the many hats he wears: BTS member. Rapper. Singer-songwriter. Record producer. Dancer. Style icon. The point being that no one label can define him and it leaves us all eagerly waiting for his next move… more.
