Unless you’ve been taking a social media cleanse, there’s no way you haven’t seen or heard of Fwee and their viral blurry pudding pots. They’ve been all over my Instagram and Tiktok for you page for months. And to be perfectly honest, when the social media push is that hard, it makes me a bit skeptical about the product. Curious, but skeptical.
I finally took the plunge and got my hands on one when they became available at Olive Young. They only had a handful of their most popular colors to choose from, but they were on sale and had a color that I really liked. And they came with one of their popular keyrings so it was win-win-win.
The Fwee Pudding Pot, As Seen on TikTok
It did not disappoint. The formula is beautifully pigmented, buildable and the texture is almost like a soft satin. You can pretty much do a whole makeup look using one pot (eyes, cheeks and lips). The color I got is called “Seventeen” (AMAZON). It’s a really pretty orange pink color and it’s perfect for summer. I can say for a fact that I have never received more compliments on my makeup than I when I wear this color. It’s bizarre.
If you want to try one out too and plan to be in Korea, I highly recommend checking out their flagship store in Seongsu. They have dozens of shades to choose from and plenty of little makeup stations to swatch colors to your hearts content. There are even little helpful color charts to help pick colors according to your skin tone. And if you’re feeling really indecisive, you can always ask a staff member for a recommendation.
A Free Gift
Personally, the highlight of a visit to their flagship is the complimentary pudding pot keyring. When you go to pay, you receive a free pudding pot keyring. These are given out one per person per day, meaning you can’t leave and comeback on the same day to make another purchase in order to get another keyring. I tried and they remember faces.
Once you pay, you can head over to the keyring station with your receipt to pick the color of your keyring and the pudding pot shade you’d like inside. They just added these really pretty blue keyrings to their collection and I’m obsessed! They have been really popular bag charms in Seoul as of late and it’s not hard to see why. And the best part is once you finish the color inside, you can just refill it with a new one!
There are also other free gifts available if you spend over a certain amount like their popular silicone and bristle lip brushes (AMAZON), tote bags and makeup pouches. It really depends on what their current promotions are.
It’s also important to note that if it’s really busy they could run out of certain colors for the day. So if you have something specific in mind, i recommend going closer to opening time. The weekends are also almost always insanely crowded, so expect a bit of waiting time both to get into the store and at checkout. But if you’re a K-beauty lover, it’ll be well worth the wait

The Fwee Flagship store is in Seongsu-dong. It’s just a five to ten minute walk from Seongsu Station exit no. 3 on line no. 2.

If the name of the subway station sounds familiar, it should. Seongsu-dong might be the most popular neighborhood in Seoul thanks to all the changing pop-up stores in the area. It’s basically a carnival for adults interested in fashion and beauty.
