The Hangang Drone Light Show is back with 5 shows planned for the spring season starting with a BT21 themed show on April 10th. This will be kick off the Seoul Spring Festival and each session includes special performances and a mini drone show in addition to the main drone show. I’ve been to quite of few of these over the years and honestly they just keep getting better and better.

The Hangang Drone Light Show is a seasonal event held only in the spring and autumn. These shows feature a massive drone display of 1,200 to 2,000 drones over the Han River and every show this spring will have a different theme. One of my all time favorites was definitely the K-pop Demon Hunters show last fall, so I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us this season.

This year the shows will be held from April 10 – June 5 at Yeouido, Ttukseom, and Jamsil Hangang Parks. It’s an incredibly popular event, so I highly suggest arriving early to find yourself a nice spot on the grass to watch it from. But with the Seoul Spring Festival going on across 10 Hangang Parks there’s plenty to keep you busy until the show begins. Or if you want a more low key outing, simply enjoy an evening picnic by the river. However you choose to go about it, it’s not something you’ll want to miss.
