I’m all about supporting and promoting Korean fashion, especially when it comes to shining a light on small businesses and amazing indie designers. And while they are mostly based out of Korea, there are also some great brands stateside like Korelimited.

Korelimited is a Korean-American streetwear brand that launched back in 2013. Like so many of the Korean brands I love and support, their mission is to keep Korean heritage alive through fashion. But what sets them apart from some of my other favorite brands is that they really focus on comfortable everyday wear like t-shirts, hoodies and caps while still weaving history, culture, and identity into.

Personally I’m a big fan of their hoodies. They’re super comfy and the fabrics are always top notch. Back when people were recommending hoodies that “hoodie,” I would definitely throw Korelimited hoodies into the ring. Of course they also have a variety of t-shirts, hats, jackets and even totes. And best of all, they’re another body inclusive brand that offers sizes from small up to 2XL. If you’re an overfit lover like me, be sure to go up a size.

One of the best (and worst) things about this brand is that they are always pumping out cool and unique designs every season, like this “Korean School Dropout” t-shirt that makes me giggle every time I put it on. It’s great because there’s always new merch to look forward to, but that also means that once the old merch sells out there may not be another restock. So if you see a design you like, be sure to grab it while you can.

And in the case of gift giving, they offer a really cool custom gift box that’s perfect for any occasion.
So I guess what I really love about this brand is that you get streetwear that feels authentic and meaningful with a subtle nod to heritage without overdoing it. It’s all about clean lines, subtle graphic work, unisex fits, stuff that works whether you’re in Seoul, LA, or anywhere in between.
