Yeouido Spring Flower Festival – Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival

Posted on April 25, 2019 by Lexi • 4 Comments

After what seemed like an eternal winter (not really complaining), spring has finally returned to Seoul. The first signal is the blooming of cherry blossoms all across the country; something I really look forward to every year. So far, this year has been a bit busy and I was afraid that my most recent trip … Continue reading →

Any time I go anywhere, I always look for unique cafes in the area to check out. So, on our way to the Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival, we decided to drop by cafe I had scouted out on Instagram, A Civic Center Coffee or ACCC. The cafe is located on top of a small hill … Continue reading →

My husband and I had been wanting to check out the Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival (진해군항제) for a few years now. It’s one of the most popular cherry blossom festivals in Korea, but it’s also a bit of a journey to get there, especially if you live in Seoul. This year, we finally decided to … Continue reading →

Cherry Blossom season is a much anticipated time of year, particularly in Asia. There are all sorts of cherry blossom festivals held all over Korea. Typically, I attend the one in Yeouido. The evenings are finally cooling down, making it the perfect time to enjoy food and drinks outside! I had an amazing time with @drceuracle_global, just getting to know more about the brand and meeting so many lovely people. I'm always on the look out for new k-beauty skincare especially if it's anti-aging! So I was super excited to receive this lovely package from @drceuracle_global JK's birthday is right around the corner, so you know I had to kick things off with a cup sleeve event at 카페 지금, 여기! I mean... how adorable is this lucky Cooky cookie?! 😆 You guys know how much I love 생활한복 (daily hanbok), but I also love all the accessories inspired by Korean art and culture. A lot of girls come to Korea with the unrealistic expectations of living like the main character of a k-drama. Well I'm living proof that it's possible! Just look at this handsome little 양반 (nobleman). And he's all mine! 😂🐶❤ I'm always on the look out for clean, cruelty free, vegan skin care. This time, Face Republic caught my attention with an invite to their pop-up here in Seoul. Summer always gets me in the mood for fresh fruity flavors and right now I'm obsessed with the orange cream latte at Component Coffee! There are lots of FREE things to do in Seoul other than going to parks, mountains and rivers... you just need to know where to look!
