What to See, Eat and Do in Korea (and Beyond)
February will start with Seoul Fashion Week and continue on with Lunar New Year events through the middle of the month. And, thank to a healthy helping of winter activities, there’s going to be a lot to do as winter slowly warms into spring.
This year, Lunar New Year falls on February 10th with the holiday starting on February 9th and ending on the 12th. The entire country will be abuzz with the four-day weekend so expect longer lines and more crowds. But the tradeoff is all the amazing events worth to fill our days and nights!
At the top of my list of must buys in Korea are daily hanbok or modern clothes and accessories inspired by traditional Korean designs. And while there are many amazing Korean designers out there, Leesle continues to dominate the top of my recommendation list.
While there’s plenty of reasons to visit this Dotori Garden from the delectible snacks to the cute ambience, the vast majority of visitors make there way there for the undeniable Ghibli vibes.
