Decoa Balim has been one of my favorite cafes for quite a few years now, so I was thrilled to hear that they were going to open a second location. The new cafe is only about a minute away from the original, which is perfect actually. There have been so many times (particularly on the weekends) when I had to go to a different cafe because there were no available tables. Now I can just go around the corner. Problem solved!
The new location definitely has a new glow about it, but still retains all the cozy home-like charm I adore in the original location. There are plenty of plants, dried flowers and cozy pillows spread about. There is even a lovely little secret garden top patio.
The menu has the same delicious items with a few new additions, like their “Fondant au Chocolat.” It is a hot cup of molten chocolate lava deliciousness. If your a chocoholic, this is a must have!
