I am a huge Sailor Moon fan! So, I was thrilled when Creer Beaute’s “Miracle Romance” Sailor Moon cosmetic line hit the shelves here in Seoul a few months back. Both the Moon Stick and Cutie Moon Rod eyeliners were available at almost every Watsons, LOHB & Olive Young for ₩23,000. Unfortunately, they sold out almost as quickly as they were put on the shelves. It was by pure chance and perhaps even a little magic that I happened to find a single Moon Stick eyeliner still in stores.
The eyeliners are liquid eyeliners with an extra fine brush. They are also waterproof but only come in black. The wand topper is removable and goes over the eyeliner cap, so you don’t need it to close the actual liner. This way you don’t have to worry about dirtying the topper and can use it for decoration anywhere you’d like.
At first I only purchased it as a collectable, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is an excellent product! I have been using the same liquid eyeliner for years, but I have to admit I really like this one. The eyeliner goes on smoothly and the brush can easily make fine or thick lines. It also lasts all day without flaking, smudging or needing retouching. If you like liquid eyeliners, I highly recommend giving this one a shot.
As for the design, it’s completely gorgeous! The liner comes in a lovely shade of powder pink with a baby pink silhouette of Luna and Sailor Moon across it. The cap, however, is my favourite part. It’s quite detailed with beautiful gold accents and looks a lot nicer than some replicas I’ve seen.
While the Moon Stick and Cutie Moon Rod eyeliner toppers are no longer available in stores, you can still find them on amazon. I bought one of mine HERE. If you’re looking for more of a refill version without the wand cap, there are still plenty of them in stock at Watsons & Olive Young. This version comes in both black and brown.
If you already own these two eyeliners, you’ll be excited to know that the next Sailor Moon eyeliners in the Miracle Romance line have just hit the shelves out here! This time, they released the Spiral Heart Moon Rod and Sailor Chibimoon’s Pink Moon Stick! I’m not a big Chibimoon fan, but I definitely had to grab the Spiral Heart Moon Rod. Judging by how popular the first two were, I’m sure it’s just a matter of weeks before these sell out too. So, be sure to grab yours before they sell out!
